Chandrashekhar Balagopal
Co Founder
Chandrashekhar Balagopal is currently the Chairman of KSIDC and Kerala Life Sciences Industrial Park Ltd., and serves as an Independent Director at Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd., EAAA India Alternatives Ltd., Edelweiss Life Insurance Services Ltd., and Accelerated Freeze Drying Co. Ltd. He is also a member of the Governing Body of the Centre for Management Development, Thiruvananthapuram, and the Board of the TIMed Incubator of SCTIMST, among other organizations. He previously served as an Independent Director and Chairman of The Federal Bank Ltd. A former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, he resigned in 1983 at the age of 30 to pursue an entrepreneurial career. He went on to found Peninsula Polymers Ltd. (now TERUMO PENPOL), which became one of the world’s largest manufacturers of blood transfusion bags. Since retiring from active business in 2012, he has focused on investing, writing, mentoring startups, and supporting social enterprises in rural areas. He and his wife, Vinita Nambiar, co-founded the Anaha Trust.
Vinita Nambiar

After completing her post-graduate studies at Cambridge University, Vinita headed the international collaborations division of the GEMS Group of educational institutions in Dubai. Returning to India in the 1990s, she established and successfully ran an HR placement services company in Bengaluru, which was among the first to cater primarily to the then-emerging IT sector. She also served as a Trustee of VOICES, an NGO focused on gender, communication, and social welfare, particularly in rural communities. Vinita co-founded the Anaha Trust with her husband, Chandrashekhar Balagopal.
Piyush Dixit
Piyush Dixit is the Co-Founder and Executive Coach at Tanmaatra Consulting, a partnership venture he founded with his wife Prachi in 2013. Tanmaatra provides executive coaching to senior leaders in organizations and counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Before 2013, Piyush worked as a software engineering professional in the IT industry for nearly 30 years, holding various technical and leadership roles with multinational companies such as SWIFT, Motorola, Freescale, and NetApp. His deep passion for people development emerged while volunteering at a mental health NGO during his IT career, ultimately inspiring him to transition his professional path toward coaching and counseling.
Anup Bansal
Anup Bansal is the Founder and CEO of Adventra Technologies Private Limited and was previously the Chief Business Officer at Scripbox until 2022. He co-founded Mitraz Financial in 2010 with the mission to help clients realize their aspirations through prudent financial planning and investment management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Motorola and its spin-off Freescale in various engineering and software development roles before starting Mitraz Financial. An engineer by training and entrepreneur at heart, Anup is passionate about building businesses that foster innovation, creativity, sound governance, strong team culture, and individual growth. His key interests include retirement planning and community development through the efforts of the Anaha Trust.
Tariq Aboobake
Tariq Aboobaker is the Managing Director at Amicorp Trustees Pvt.Ltd and has over ten years' experience in Private Clients Wealth Structuring, Private Banking, Succession Planning & Trusteeship Services. Prior to moving to the banking industry, he has spent a considerable amount of his working career in the Telecom Space. He carries the expertise of setting up new ventures and has been instrumental in setting up Estate Planning Services for various organizations, starting with Centurion Bank (CERMA), HDFC Bank post its acquisition of Centurion Bank, and then Warmond Trustees.
